Are Dr Bartlett's fees covered by my health fund? 

The large majority of surgical procedures performed by Dr Bartlett will attract a rebate from your health fund. If surgery is recommended following your consultation with Dr Bartlett, you will be issued with an item number for your surgical procedure and you can contact your health fund to ensure that you are suitably covered.
